2024-2025 Election Meeting – Absentee Voting Process

Thank you for supporting your neighborhood Homeowners Association and taking the time to send in your vote.  Please email us to request an “Absentee Ballot” to LHHAmembers@gmail.com / no later than October 23, 2024.  A ballot will be sent to you with voting and mailing instructions on or around October 26, 2024.  Since you are planning to vote absentee, please remember:

• There is only one vote per household

• Voter must be the legal homeowner or designated spouse / adult child of homeowner 

• Email should state your full name, address and cell phone.  That you are specifically requesting an “Absentee Ballot” since you will not be attending the meeting in person.

• Your annual dues of $70.00 per household or $50.00 for homeowners 75+ and are due before an Absentee Ballot can be sent to you.  

• You may send your dues via ZELLE to LHHAestates@gmail.com
