Membership
Our 2026-27 LHHA Annual Dues are $90.00 per household / per year. However, for all homeowners over the age of 75, dues are $70.00/per household. Please support our neighborhood by paying your dues annually.
Your Annual Dues at Work
Your annual dues support our community in many ways, including:
- Weekend nighttime security to keep public areas clear and safe
- Safety measures where City resources fall short of what our community needs
- Effective “No SMOKING” and DIRECTIONAL signage
- First aid supplies, kept stocked and maintained
- And much more
Our Community Preparedness Wish List
We hope to expand our emergency readiness with items such as:
Medical
- Automated external defibrillator (AED) with a weatherproof wall cabinet
- Stop the Bleed kits
- Expanded first aid and burn kits
- Emergency blankets
Wildfire and Evacuation
- N95 masks for smoke protection
- Handheld radios and a hand-crank weather radio
- Flashlights and headlamps
- Reflective vests, traffic cones, and a megaphone for evacuation traffic control
Community Readiness
- Fire extinguishers for common areas
- Portable power banks
- A weatherproof storage container for supplies

Every contribution helps make the Estates safer and better prepared. Dues and contributions can be made by the following ways:

- Via Check, which should be made out to “LHHA” and can be dropped off or mailed to:
