Monitoring Oversized Vehicles in the Area

As we await our LADOT PPDs to arrive we are turning our attention to tour vans and over size/weight vehicles as well as the different vendors plaguing our area. With the assistance of LAPD Officer Mata we are able to cite these oversized vehicles and tour vans. However, she needs our assistance. She has asked that we take a photos of the tour vans, buses, white 10-15 passenger vans, RVs or camper vans, or other vehicles that are overweight and size (6000lbs) and thus illegal to be here.

She needs the following pictures: 

Please include the date, time and street and license plate number (preferred to have the photo date/time stamped).

• The vehicle in the area so you can see the street where illegally parked
• A close up of the vehicle 
• A close up of the LICENSE PLATE NUBMER. This is the most important she must have the license plate to give them a ticket
• If there is a name on the tour company on the vehicle, please take that as well and/or their TCP #
