LHHA Adds Weekend Security!

Weekend evening security comes to the Estates!

As you are aware, LHHA provides evening security on National Holidays and this will not change.

Due to ongoing activities at the park, vistas and the top of Innsdale Drive, the Board of Directors have decided to retain security to cover all weekends moving forward to keep watch on suspicious behaviors in these areas. Weekend coverage is defined as Friday – Sunday, 8:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.

Thank you to those members who have paid their dues affording us this necessity. Now, more than ever, your dues are critical in order to provide all of the necessary services.

Your dues go towards:

• Neighborhood Security
• Emergency Preparedness Workshops
• Emergency Supplies
• First Aid Supplies
• Radio Communication

Checks should be made out to “LHHA” and can be dropped in the Mailbox at 3161 Arrowhead Dr.

The Annual HOA Dues are $70.00 per household/per year or $50.00 for Senior 75+ per household/per year.
