Council District 4 is proud to partner with the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD), Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), Department of Recreation and Parks (RAP), Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority (MRCA), Los Angeles Department of Transportation (LADOT), and StreetsLA to promote the safe celebration of the 4th of July in the Hollywood Hills.
