Become a Member of the LHHA Board

The Lake Hollywood Homeowners Association (LHHA) is now accepting nominations for the upcoming 2025–2026 Board. We encourage all interested homeowners to consider getting involved and helping shape the future of our community.

Serving on the LHHA Board is a great way to make a meaningful impact — from neighborhood safety and beautification to city relations and community events. If you’ve ever wanted to see positive change in Lake Hollywood, this is your chance to help make it happen!

How to Run:

• Any current member may nominate another member, but please confirm they’re willing to serve — or nominate yourself.
• Submit a 250-word Candidate Statement describing who you are and why you’d like to serve on the Board.
• Ensure your membership dues of $90 are received either prior to or along with your Candidate Statement.

Important Details:

• The Board must include a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 7 members.
• Only contributing members are eligible to serve.
• Only one member per household may serve on the Board.
• All Board members must be full-time residents.
