Preferred Parking District Permits

We want to provide a quick update on the status of our Preferred Parking District permits. During our most recent meeting with Council District 4 (CD4), we were informed that Los Angeles Department of Transportation (LADOT) is currently facing significant delays due to the Mayor’s most recent orders to assist the effected areas hit by the wild fires with signage, along with ongoing staffing shortages.

As a result, the tentative timeline for our PPD’s to be reviewed by LADOT is now projected for June 2025. Once reviewed the proposal will then move to City Council for final approval.
