2025-2026 Membership Dues

We are now accepting your Lake Hollywood Homeowners Association (LHHA) membership dues for the 2025–2026 year.

This year, we will be placing invoices directly in all homeowners’ mailboxes, so please keep an eye out for yours. Each invoice will include the amount due and detailed payment instructions.

Please Note: The Annual HOA dues have been increased to $90.00 per household / per year or for homeowners 75+ $70.00 per household / per year.

Write a check made out to LHHA, also referencing “Membership Dues” and drop it off at the mailbox at 3161 Arrowhead Drive.
