Join Our What’s App Community

We are pleased to announce the creation of the Lake Hollywood Estates WhatsApp Community, a new communication platform designed to help keep our neighborhood connected, informed, and safe.

This initiative was created in direct response to requests from our community, and your Board listened. The WhatsApp Community allows us to organize communications into specific, purpose-driven chats so information is shared clearly, respectfully, and efficiently.

The community includes the following chats:

• Announcements (Board Initiated Communications Only)
  This chat will be used exclusively by your Board to share important updates, upcoming news, safety information, and time-sensitive items that residents should be aware of.
• Lake Hollywood Estates Neighborhood Announcements
  A resident-to-resident space to share relevant neighborhood information.
  Example: “We’re hosting a children’s birthday party this Saturday, so there may be additional cars on our street.”
• Lake Hollywood Estates Resources
  Looking for a plumber, electrician, contractor, or other service provider? This chat allows residents to share trusted recommendations with one another.
• Lake Hollywood Estates Street Leaders
  This chat is dedicated to our newly formed group of volunteer Street Leaders, created to enhance communication and coordination within specific areas of the neighborhood.
• Lake Hollywood Estates Tourism & Safety
  Please use this chat to share photos and videos of unsafe conditions, traffic issues, or problematic tourist activity on our streets. This information helps us better document concerns and advocate for solutions.
• General Chat
  A space for basic, neighborly communication and community interaction.

Your Board will serve as the administrators of the WhatsApp Community and will actively monitor all chats to ensure communications remain respectful, appropriate, and constructive.

How to Join
To be added to the Lake Hollywood Estates WhatsApp Community:

• You must be a Lake Hollywood Estates resident
• Download the WhatsApp app
• Email us so your phone number can be added to the community:
